This policy provides a predefined package of property and liability coverages for offices, apartments, and retail and limited service businesses. It may also be written in conjunction with a Homeowners or Farmowners policy to provide coverage for a business operated from the home. The policy provides:

• Insurance on the business building, if owned by the applicant;
• Insurance on Business Personal Property;
• Business Income and Extra Expense;
• Business Liability with limits of $300,000 to $500,000;
• Personal and Advertising Injury with limits of $25,000;
• Fire Legal Liability;
• Medical Expenses with a limit of $5,000.
  

There are many other Optional and limited Additional Coverages available; All provisions of the policy apply.
