enables us to design a plan to meet your clients needs. These
products are approved for sale in Arizona, California,
Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming:
Group
Term Life
Dependent Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment,
Seat Belt Rider, and the Accelerated Death Benefit may be
included.
Short
Term Disability
Replaces a portion of lost income due to disability from
a non-occupational sickness of injury after the elmination
period, and up to the maximum benefit period.
Long
Term Disability
Replaces a portion of lost income due to disability from a
sickness or injury, after the elimination period, and up to
the maximum benefit period.
Voluntary Plans
Voluntary Plans are available in:
- Group Term Life
- Short Term Disability
- Long Term Disability
Participation requirements range from 20% to 25%.

Rates are based on the information you provide us. All
proposals are tailored to a specific group and generated at
the Home Office.
