This policy is a unique plan which allows you to select only the coverages needed, desired or for which you qualify. It can vary from a simple policy providing only Fire & Lightning, to a policy that is similar to a Homeowners or Farmowners.

The policy may include, at your option and only if scheduled:

• One or more dwellings;
• Loss of Use;
• Personal Property;
• Outbuildings;
• Farm Personal Property;
• Farm and Personal Liability;

A Non-smoker discount may apply to owner occupied dwellings, and there are many other Optional and limited Additional Coverages available.
