Insurance Package
The Landlord Insurance Package provides
a package of protection against loss of property on an All
Physical Loss basis, with exclusions. It also provides protection
against liability claims that may arise out of ownership of
rental property.
This policy is available for the very best
rental homes 30 years old or newer and insureds, which meet
other guidelines.
The policies
include:
- The insured amount for the Dwelling;
- 10% of that amount for Other Structures;
- 5% of that amount for Personal Property;
- 20% of that amount for Loss of Use;
- Personal Liability including Personal Injury (Libel
& Slander)
with a limit of $100,000 to $500,000;
- Dwellings and, Other Structures are insured at replacement
cost;
- Personal Property is covered at actual cash value.
Additional Coverages include:
- Back-up of Sewers - $500 limit included;
- Ordinance or Law - 10% of A included;
- Loss Assessment - $1,000 included, Section I & II;
- Fungi, Rot or Bacteria caused by a covered loss up to
$500 included.
