Homeowner's Insurance
Homeowners insurance policies provide a predefined package of protection against loss of property from a number of perils and against liability claims that may arise out of ownership of your home or personal activities.

Six policies are offered depending on your needs, the age of your home, past claims history and other qualifications. They include policies for:
- Owner occupied homes
- Condominiums
- Renters
Gold Plus and Silver Plus policies are for homeowners with good claims and financial history. The home must be 40 years old or less.
The policies include:
- The insured amount for the Dwelling
- 10% of that amount for Other Structures
- 70% of that amount for Personal Property
- 20% of that amount for Loss of Use
- Personal Liability including Personal Injury (Libel & Slander) with a limit of $300,000 to $500,000
- Medical Payments to Others with limits of $2,000
- Dwellings, Other Structures and Personal Property are insured at replacement cost
- There are many other Optional and limited Additional Coverages available
- A Non-smoker Discount applies

Bronze and Bronze II policies are for homeowners with good to fair claims and financial history. The policies include:
- The insured amount for the Dwelling
- 10% of that amount for Other Structures
- 70% of that amount for Personal Property
- 20% of that amount for Loss of Use
- Personal Liability including Personal Injury (Libel & Slander) with a limit of $100,000 to $500,000
- Medical Payments to Others with limits of $1,000 or $2,000
- Dwellings, Other Structures and Personal Property are insured at replacement cost
- There are many other Optional and limited Additional Coverages available
- A Non-smoker Discount applies to the Bronze

The Condominium policy is to provide coverage for individual condominium owners with good claims and financial history. Condominium policies are offered only in Idaho. The policy includes:
- The insured amount for Personal Property
- 15% of that amount for the owners part of the unit that is the owner's sole responsibility
- 30% of that amount for Loss of Use
- Personal Liability including Personal Injury (Libel & Slander) with a limit of $300,000 to $500,000
- Medical Payments to Others with limits of $2,000
- Dwellings, Other Structures and Personal Property are insured at replacement cost
- There are many other Optional and limited Additional Coverages available
- A Non-smoker Discount applies

The Tenants policy is to provide coverage for renters with good claims and financial history. The policy includes:

- 20% of that amount for Loss of Use

- Medical Payments to Others with limits of $1,000 to $2,000
- Dwellings, Other Structures and Personal Property are insured at replacement cost
